1. Agreement to Terms

By booking or using services provided by JSUJ LLC, DBA Everlasting Visits (“Everlasting Visits”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services, bookings, and website use.

2. Description of Services

Everlasting Visits provides memorial and cemetery visit services, which may include:

  • Cemetery visits

  • Flower placement

  • Reading personalized messages

  • Photo and video documentation

  • Memorial visits for special dates (anniversaries, holidays, etc.)

Everlasting Visits does not own, operate, or control any cemetery property.

3. Scheduling and Service Dates

Services must be scheduled in advance.
We will make reasonable efforts to perform the visit on the scheduled date; however, visits may be rescheduled due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Cemetery access restrictions

  • Holidays

  • Safety concerns

  • Unforeseen circumstances

If rescheduling is necessary, the service will be completed on the next available date.

4. Flowers and Materials

Flower arrangements and materials may vary based on:

  • Seasonal availability

  • Supplier availability

  • Weather conditions

  • Cemetery regulations

Everlasting Visits reserves the right to substitute flowers or materials of equal value and appearance if necessary.

5. Photos and Videos

Photos and videos are provided as a courtesy to document the visit.
Lighting, weather, cemetery conditions, and other factors may affect photo or video quality.

Everlasting Visits does not guarantee professional photography quality.

6. Cemetery Rules and Regulations

All services are performed in accordance with cemetery rules and regulations.
Everlasting Visits is not responsible for:

  • Removal of flowers by cemetery staff

  • Damage caused by weather

  • Damage caused by animals

  • Theft or removal of items

  • Cemetery maintenance activities

7. Cancellations and Refund Policy

Cancellation policy:

  • 14 or more days before service: Full refund

  • 7–13 days before service: 50% refund

  • Less than 7 days before service: No refund

If Everlasting Visits is unable to perform the service, a full refund or rescheduled visit will be offered.

8. Limitation of Liability

JSUJ LLC, DBA Everlasting Visits shall not be held liable for:

  • Cemetery conditions

  • Weather damage

  • Lost, stolen, or removed flowers

  • Delays caused by cemetery access or regulations

  • Indirect or emotional damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

9. Privacy

Customer information is kept private and used only for scheduling, communication, and service completion.
We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except as necessary to perform services.

10. Independent Contractors

Some services may be performed by independent contractors working on behalf of Everlasting Visits. All contractors are required to follow company policies and maintain professionalism and respect while performing services.

11. Changes to Terms

JSUJ LLC, DBA Everlasting Visits reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
