These Terms & Policies govern your use of the Everlasting Visits website and services. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Our Services
Everlasting Visits provides in-person memorial visit services performed on behalf of families who are unable to be present. Services may include floral placement, reading of a personalized message, prayer (when requested), and photo or video documentation.
Everlasting Visits is not:

A funeral home
-
A cemetery operator
-
A religious institution
We coordinate memorial visits with care, respect, and dignity.
2. Booking Requirements

All services must be booked at least 14 days in advance

Full payment is required at the time of booking

A booking is not confirmed until payment is received

Bookings are subject to availability and cemetery guidelines
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

14 or more days before the scheduled visit:
✔ Full refund -
7–13 days before the scheduled visit:
✔ 50% refund -
Less than 7 days before the scheduled visit:
✖ No refund
Refunds exclude costs already incurred for flowers, clergy coordination, or other third-party services.
4. Cemetery Rules & Compliance
All services are performed in accordance with the rules and regulations of the selected cemetery. Certain elements — such as video recording, music, or specific decorations — may be restricted or prohibited by cemetery policy.
If a requested item or activity is not permitted, Everlasting Visits reserves the right to modify the service while maintaining the intent and dignity of the visit.
5. Photos & Video

Photos and/or video are provided as part of certain services

Media is delivered privately to the client

We do not publish photos or video for marketing or promotional use without explicit written consent

In rare cases where recording is restricted, alternative documentation may be provided
6. Faith & Prayer Services
Prayer services are optional and provided based on the family’s preference and clergy availability. Prayer may be led by a priest, pastor, or other faith leader.
Everlasting Visits does not provide sacraments or religious rites and does not guarantee availability of specific clergy.
7. Optional Donations
Optional donations to clergy or religious institutions may be offered at checkout. These donations are:

8. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
In cases of severe weather, cemetery closure, or circumstances beyond our control, services may be rescheduled at no additional charge. Refunds are not issued for delays or rescheduling caused by such events.
9. Limitation of Liability
Everlasting Visits is not responsible for:

Cemetery removal of items outside permitted timeframes

Changes in cemetery rules

Third-party service provider actions

Delays caused by weather or access restrictions
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
10. Respect & Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services that:

Violate cemetery rules

Involve inappropriate or disrespectful requests

Conflict with our standards of dignity and care
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, text, images, and branding are the property of Everlasting Visits and may not be copied or used without permission.
12. Changes to These Terms
Everlasting Visits may update these Terms & Policies at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
