Everlasting Visits understands that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to properly prepare and coordinate memorial visits with care and respect.
Booking & Payment

All memorial visits require full payment at the time of booking

Bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance

Preparation begins immediately after booking confirmation
Cancellation & Refund Schedule
Refunds are issued based on the number of days before the scheduled visit date:
✔ 14 or More Days Before the Visit

100% refund
✔ 7–13 Days Before the Visit

50% refund
✖ Less Than 7 Days Before the Visit

No refund
This policy is necessary due to advance coordination, scheduling, and third-party costs such as flowers and clergy availability.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Services canceled less than 7 days before the scheduled visit

Visits affected by cemetery restrictions that require reasonable adjustments

Delays or rescheduling caused by weather, cemetery closures, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
Rescheduling
If severe weather, cemetery closure, or other unavoidable circumstances prevent the visit from occurring as planned, Everlasting Visits will work with you to reschedule the visit at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Third-Party Costs
Certain costs (including flowers, clergy coordination, or special memorial items) may be non-refundable once incurred. These costs are factored into the refund schedule above.
