Booking & Cancellation Policy At Everlasting, we understand that life is unpredictable and that plans may change. Our goal is to be as flexible and compassionate as possible while respecting the time, preparation, and resources dedicated to every service. Memorial Visits & Scheduled Services For all scheduled memorial visits and recurring services: 14 days or more before your scheduled service: ✔ Full refund 7–13 days before your scheduled service: ✔ 50% refund Less than 7 days before your scheduled service: ✖ No refund These services require scheduling, preparation, and coordination in advance. Home Transition Services Every Home Transition begins with a personalized consultation to understand your family's unique needs. Consultation requests may be rescheduled or canceled at no charge with 24 hours' notice. Once a customized estimate has been approved and your transition has been scheduled, cancellation terms will be outlined in your Service Agreement based on the scope of the project. Because every transition is unique, project-specific agreements help ensure transparency for both your family and our team. Immediate Presence & Urgent Services Immediate Presence Services and Corporate Legacy Tribute requests begin immediately after confirmation. Because scheduling, coordination, and travel arrangements start right away: Within 1 hour of booking ✔ Full refund More than 1 hour after booking ✖ No refunds Our Commitment We understand that every family's situation is different.
