Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy for scheduled memorial visits is as follows: 14 days or more before the scheduled visit: ✔ 100% refund 7–13 days before the scheduled visit: ✔ 50% refund Less than 7 days before the scheduled visit: ✖ No refund This policy is necessary due to preparation, scheduling, and third-party costs already incurred. Immediate Presence Service & Corporate Legacy Tribute (Urgent Services) Due to the time-sensitive and urgent nature of these services, arrangements begin immediately upon booking to ensure timely and respectful attendance. For this reason, the following cancellation terms apply: Within 1 hour of booking: ✔ Full refund After 1 hour of booking: ✖ No refunds Once a booking is confirmed, resources, scheduling, and coordination are committed immediately, and the service cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
