Cancellation Policy

Advance Notice All memorial visits must be booked at least 14 days in advance. This allows us to coordinate scheduling, flowers, clergy availability, and cemetery requirements with care and respect. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received Prices include preparation, visit coordination, and documentation Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows: 14 days or more before the scheduled visit: ✔ 100% refund 7–13 days before the scheduled visit: ✔ 50% refund Less than 7 days before the scheduled visit: ✖ No refund This policy is necessary due to preparation, scheduling, and third-party costs already incurred. Cemetery Rules & Availability All services are performed in compliance with cemetery rules and regulations. Certain elements (such as video recording, music, or specific decorations) may be subject to cemetery approval or restriction. If a requested item is not permitted, we will offer a respectful alternative whenever possible. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances In rare cases of severe weather, cemetery closure, or circumstances beyond our control, the visit may be rescheduled at no additional charge. Presence of the Family Our services are designed to be performed on your behalf. Families are not required to be present at the cemetery during the visit. Confirmation & Delivery Photos and/or video will be delivered digitally within 48 hours after the visit Files are securely stored for a limited time after delivery Respect & Conduct Everlasting Visits reserves the right to refuse or modify services that conflict with cemetery rules, local laws, or standards of dignity and respect.
