Cancellation Policy

Everlasting Visits At Everlasting Visits, we understand that funerals, viewings, and memorial gatherings are deeply important moments for families and loved ones. Our Immediate Memorial Services are designed to provide compassionate, professional, and respectful representation when someone cannot attend in person. Booking Policy Reservations for Immediate Memorial Services may be scheduled up to 7 days in advance. A minimum notice of 24 hours prior to the service is required for booking confirmation. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled event for a full refund. Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable due to preparation, scheduling, travel coordination, and reserved service time. Once the memorial representative has been dispatched or preparations have begun, the service is considered active and non-cancelable. Our Commitment Everlasting Visits is committed to providing: Professional and respectful memorial representation Timely arrival and dependable communication Appropriate attire and dignified conduct Compassionate delivery of flowers, messages, prayers, or ceremonial gestures as selected by the client Personalized attention for every family and memorial service Our representatives understand the importance of these moments and will conduct themselves with care, discretion, and respect at all times. Emergency & Force Majeure Policy While Everlasting Visits makes every effort to fulfill all scheduled services, there may be rare circumstances outside of our control that prevent safe travel or attendance, including but not limited to: Hurricanes Tornadoes Severe weather conditions Natural disasters Government emergency restrictions Road closures or unsafe travel conditions Unexpected emergencies affecting staff safety In such cases, Everlasting Visits reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the service. If the service cannot be completed, the client will receive a full refund. We appreciate your understanding as safety must remain a priority for both our clients and our memorial representatives.
